Donald Moulton is an author and a well-known presenter across Eastern Washington. Mr. Moulton is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. Attaining this designation requires strenuous education, experience, ethics and passing a comprehensive test. It is a nationally recognized designation for personal financial advisors.

As a Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) Don Moulton has met the RFC requirements of experience, education, examination, ethics, licenses, business conduct and has maintained continuing education of 40 hours annually. Of the hundreds of thousands of financial professionals, stock brokers and insurance agents world wide, only 2,300 have attained membership to the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants. As an accountant, Mr. Moulton worked for two “Big Eight” accounting firms.
